Teak and balau dried to below 12% moisture before a single joint is cut, so boards stay straight through wet and dry seasons.

Will teak turn grey outdoors?
Untreated teak silvers naturally within a year — some clients love the look. If you prefer the golden tone, an oiling once or twice a year keeps it, and we show you exactly how at handover.
Can the furniture stay out during monsoon season?
Yes. Everything we build for outdoors is designed to stay outdoors year-round. Covers extend cushion life, but the timber and joinery need no sheltering.
What about balcony weight and size limits?
We build to strata rules regularly — lighter frames, sectional pieces that fit through lift doors, and weights confirmed against your management's limits before fabrication.
Do you make cushions too?
Yes, with quick-dry foam and solution-dyed acrylic fabrics that resist fading and mildew. Covers zip off for washing.
How much does an outdoor dining set cost?
A four-seater teak set typically runs RM 5,500 to RM 9,000 depending on timber grade and finish; balau versions come in lower. Larger schemes are quoted piece by piece.
Can you restore my old outdoor set?
Often, yes. Solid teak and balau respond beautifully to sanding, re-gluing and re-oiling. Send photos and we'll tell you honestly whether restoration beats replacement.
