How commercial jobs run

Built for project managers, not just carpenters

Fixed programme dates

Fabrication and installation dates in writing. If we say the counter is working Monday morning, it is.

Out-of-hours installation

Nights, weekends and public holidays. Your reception never greets a client from behind hoarding.

Contract-grade materials

High-pressure laminates, 2mm edge banding and commercial hardware rated for constant daily use.

Coordination handled

We work alongside your ID firm, electrician and building management — permits, lift bookings and all.

Proper documentation

Shop drawings for approval, itemised quotations, and invoices your finance team won't query.

Aftercare on call

Loose hinge in month eleven? One phone call. Commercial warranty service within five working days.

Commercial questions

What facility and project teams ask

What is the typical lead time for a fit-out?

From approved drawings: two to three weeks for a reception counter, four to eight weeks for multi-room fit-outs. Rush programmes are possible — ask early.

Do you work with interior design firms?

Constantly. Send us the ID's drawings and we'll quote fabrication and installation as your nominated joinery subcontractor, with shop drawings back for approval.

Can you invoice with payment terms?

Yes. For registered businesses we work on progress billing — typically deposit, pre-delivery and completion stages — with standard 30-day terms on the final invoice.

Do you handle defects liability periods?

Yes. Commercial projects include a 12-month defects liability period on top of our 5-year structural warranty, documented in the contract.

Is outdoor furniture available for F&B terraces?

Very much so — it's our founding trade. See our garden and outdoor page for the weatherproofing details; commercial-grade versions take heavier daily use.

Have drawings? Have a deadline?

Email the package to [email protected] — we'll return a quotation and programme within three working days.
